That's a tough question. It would depend on you set up for supporting and the things you with your data, e.g., data redundancy, data marts derived from data, and so on.

Depending on you use case you may not need some tools.

I think setting up Redshift for 1 GB per month is way too much. An RDS DB would be better. Also, depending on your data ingestion approach setting up Airflow can be too much.
